It took them 7 days to send me the order.

Avoid it!!! It’s been more than 10 days I placed my order but they didn’t send it. when I mailed them, they were saying the item is not available at the moment but it shows available in their website. Now I’m going to cancel my order but I doubt they will refund my money. Fraud!!!

They are not delivering the orders. They are not even answering email, but giving FAKE postal tracking numbers. AVOID THEM

I am much impressed by the " 24/7 availability of the products", the "speed of delivery" and the "reliability" / "comfortability" of the service.

I got a medication by prescription from doctor. The medication had the normal price of 64 euro in normal apotheke but the price was ca. 49 euro in this online shop. They also had many options of discount (new customer bonus, discount plans,..). They issued me online invoice of 19 euro for the medication. After receiveng the medication, I found that they have charged me 82 euro. I called them but they did not accept to pay me back or return the product. Do not trust their words, promisses, discount and even their online invoices. Stay away from them as normal shops in street are much cheaper than them. (I have documents if some one wants to see!)

oder at Sunday with a fault on my side. Phoned at Thuesday moring cleared the fault. Sending out the products at Friday! one product not delivered. Very bad performance Hajo GEugelin , Troisdorf

Made an order on the 06. and surprisingly received cancellation on the 11. of Sep.

The customer service are the worst part, how can a huge company employ such unprofessional and unfriendly people to represent the company.

The explanation the rude customer service gave was " system error"

such people should never work in contact with customers because they don't care about the customers or even their employer.

Do not order from here! Please avoid! I urgently needed some medicine for my cats, and ordered from Shop Apotheke because they advertise delivery between 2-3 days... Guess what... The order never arrived! I have contacted customer service 3 times and they didn't help at all - just sent me a declaration to fill out & sign, stating that I have not received the order - and told me that they will start an investigation with DHL. All this, for 50 EUR - at Amazon, such declarations are only filled out if the value is higher than 400 EUR !!! It's insane that I need to wait for weeks to get a reimbursement... so sad!

This online chemistry is a joke. First of all, they do NOT inform CLEARLY when making an order, that all of the products will be delivered from abroad. It´s extremely important especially now, when everything got stuck because of the corona virus pandemic.
If I had known the order would come from abroad, I would have not decided to make the order there.
Secondly: once an order is sent, you receive a link to track your package. Sounds great, but the issue is you can track it once it went through the Swiss border, you have no clue (and the employees of this "brilliant" chemistry as well) where your package is in the meantime and when you can expect it to have delivered at your home address.

My biggest issue with this Chemistry? Lack of clear information regarding the delivery. It´s a clear fraud.
