Begin good end dreadful.

I have done several orders before with the website, all was good, but recently ( last 6 months ) it was dreadful, two similar problems.

I have selected a B12 Vitamin and a paracetamol 0.5mg, both are without rezept ( you can by them even from any normal shops in Germany) a week has passed and my order did not process, I have contacted them, what is the issue, they told me send us your rezept so we send you your medicine !!!! I told them this is just vitamin and painkiller HTF you want a rezept.

The other time there was a sunscreen! and asked me for rezept, I AM done with you , yesterday itself I ordered from another website and today I have received my tracking number.

btw, I have done several communications, normally it should take 1-2 days and not 3-4 days.

I like shopping online here because the prices are usually lower than at my local Apotheke. And the delivery is usual within 2-3 days.

This shop is not worth of your nerves. If possible, buy elsewhere.
They charge the credit card right away, but they don't even bother to send the actual shipment as they have promised on their website AND email. And unfortunately, this is not the first time. Going to switch my future purchases elsewhere. I have no time to fight each time before they send out the shipment.

7 Days ago I created an Order and paid with Klarna. My money is taken from my Bank card but the Order is not created at all. I called Shop apotheke and they can not see my Order because it is not created. They told me to speak with Klarna. Klarna can not see my payment and they told me to talk with Shop. Once more talked with the Shop they told me someone will contact me over email but that still did not happen. Any way I am missing 25€ from my Bank account. Trying to retrive the money with my Bank. Will never again order something on this Shop any more.

I ordered 5 creams via Shop-Apotheke, the delivery man from Hermes left the order with the neighbour, and he didn't leave a message in the postbox where the package is. I waited for a response from customer service for 5 days. When I finally got the package, one box was broken. Very disappointing, I will never order anything from them again.

As other say, they work very efficiently but if there is an issue it is trouble. I bought a few times. Once I forgot to pay because it was not automatic over PayPal. A few days later I received a reminder already with costs (normally the first one is free). I called and was advised to wait for a new invoice which never arrived. I sent an email, no reply. 3 months later letter from ‘Incasso’ company with 75€ costs this is three times the value of the goods. Never happened to me that something goes this way without a reminder it is simply not the way it is done. I called and was immediately treated like some kind of thieve, they use profiling so my phone was automatically routed to the ‘bad people’ Office They claimed they sent me the invoices but they never arrived so something went wrong at their side but no room to discuss I was already marked as indeed a bad guy. What an experience ! With a personal profile with probably hundreds of online buys and never a problem before, I think this is simply gross. So never again. Bad corporation, there is “method in their madness”… there are clear processes behind. Because of my job I know my ways in setting up customer service I can positively confirm this is done on purpose to simply filter out anybody who for some reason, even by accident like in my case, had an issue. Pretty disturbing.
