I ordered four pairs of shoes and 1 wallet to be shipped to the USA. The entire ordering experience was outstanding. The web site is very well organized and it has all the information needed, with relevant photos and details. I contacted the store though email to place my order. Paolo responded within few hours, and he worked out the details of my order quickly and professionally. He ordered one item not in the store at the time and included it in my package. Communication was prompt and excellent at all times, and everything was very high quality, carefully packaged, and delivered in perfect conditions. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the quality and variety offered by the store. I plan to purchase more from Shoecenter. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for high quality items and for an excellent customer experience.
