I contacted customer support to inquire about whether a certain style and size were in stock. The response was to check back on the website. The next day I noticed that my size waa available on the website and proceeded with my purchase. I later received an email notification that they had canceled my order but with no explanation as to why. I reached out to customer service again and said that my transaction was considered as "fraudulent" and was canceled and that they would cancel any future orders. I responded to inquire what made my transaction "fraudulent" as I personally placed the order on my personal card and on my personal phone. To this day I have to to have receive a response.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace per la cattiva esperienza.
Il suo ordine e' stato cancellato automaticamente dal nostro sistema per rischio frode.
Purtroppo quando un ordine viene classificato come tale, il sistema lo cancella automaticamente.
L'importo dell'ordine e' stato rimborsato correttamente al suo metodo di pagamento originale.
Se fosse stato una frode come sostiene lei, non le avremmo rimborsato i soldi.. no?
E’la seconda volta che ordino e rimango super soddisfatta!!! Merce bella, assistenza pre e post acquisto.
