Huge variety to shisha and tabacco superb shop must visit

I would give 0 stars if I could. Scammers ... they will never answer your emails ... and instagram messages will just be seen but with no reply which tells a lot about this store.
I ve ordered from them 3 months ago and for some reasons I didint get item.
They item has reached their place but they re not willing to give me my refund back ...
Thats the 1st time ever in my life I had to keep chasing something like that.
Please avoid this place if you dont want ti end up begging for a refund or any question related to your orders

You cant trust this pepole at all. So do not order online. If they want to keep your money, they do.
Worst experience after 2 years in spain. Rud, nasty, just make up they own rules. Even you have right to full refund, they dont give anything. So my bank even said they needed to close my card, so so much time and money. I will NEVER order, I dont even have any respect for the boss. Because they dont respect their customers. So if you want to sit and wait 3 days, and not get anything back, order here. I can guarantee they dont pay you back. Ad i can see they normal to with pepole who order online. Scammers!

non-original tastes (faaaakee!!!!!).... attention is only stolen from you with high prices and tobacco is not original... I tried African queen from them (a total shit has nothing to do with os' taste)...

Ordered a hookah and set of tobacco on the 17th of March. Today is 20th of March and they haven’t even sent it. Asked to arrange express delivery to get it received in 5 days after the order - they do not have express delivery. Really? Guys, don’t deal with them. And very good lesson for me - read trustpilot before making the order.

I’ve orders 2kg of flavours and both of them was burning my throat as if it’s fake flavours I tried to contact them twice got no answers back will never order again from them

Awful company. Pictures show one item send another. AVOID NO GOOD

I ordered 4 x 200g of different flavours.
When they arrived they had leaked everywhere. (Not a huge deal?).
When I opened the parcel properly, there was a flavour missing (200g worth).
I spoke to the clown on Whatsapp he said take the leak up with DPD and that he’d sort the refund for the missing flavour due to the fact that I didn’t want the missing flavour because I’ve ordered this brand before, and the flavours were banginnn, they were punchy. These ones I’d recieved were rubbish. Same taste but SO weak, as if they’d been sat for months.
Anyway. So a week down the line he stopped responding to my messages on WhatsApp and I received no refund. He also said he sent new tubs for the flavours because the ones I currently have were dented and covered in flavour.
It’s been almost a month...

Absolutely disgraceful business! ⛔

No respect for the customers! Paid 240 euros and received a hookah with a damaged glass! They refused to send a replacement saying that the glass is used! LOoooOL really glass is used??? Are you even serious?

My advice to everyone willing to buy from them would be! DO NOT, if you really have to! Then use credit card!

After visiting the website and with some products in my shopping cart, I did not succeed in checking out. I had to send an e-mail. A friendly customer service employee told mee that "It's not possible to buy tobacco in the onlinestore to a destination outside of Germany."

Strange, I never have seen this message on the website.

Very quick answer by e-mail anyway.
May be next time I'll try again ordering by e-mail...
