I didn't find the photos of the shirts to be consistent, so ordering a wide sample array is required. Having a consistent viewable image, and not just the one that the manufacturer provides you, would be very helpful. Possibly even a video to help compare items making sure that you get what you want without having to spend more money on returning items.
I also did the ordering on my phone and that was not a good experience ordering on a small vertical device, the website is definitely optimized towards a traditional computer.
I received a coupon code after i had made my purchase, that I would like to used towards my purchase. Having that email immediately trigger would be more helpful for the end user.

None of the product that I ordered got…
None of the product that I ordered got here on time. I had to call several time to assure that I would recieve the product that I purchased on time. Customer service wasn't all that friendly and helpful on certian calles checking on my order.

bulk orders
When I make a bulk order stop separating my orders into smaller packages.. place everything in one box because it cost me alot of money to clear them. And I purchase alot of bulk shirts and hoodies. Why not have coupons or discount codes for persons who are regular buyers. There should also have something on the app where someone can accumulate points with every purchase and use those points when they are ready to use them..
