Longtime Customer with a Small Suggestion
It seems like I’ve been a member since 2019, though I believe I first found you in 2018 and have been ordering ever since. I really appreciate the pricing and being able to purchase the quantities I need since these are my everyday shirts.
Your site is convenient and easy to navigate. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to quickly add items to my cart from previous orders. Since I’m very particular about the shirts I wear, this makes the ordering process incredibly easy and efficient for me.
If I had one suggestion for ShirtSpace, it would be to further improve the packaging experience during delivery. While the simple cardboard boxes get the job done, I think the packaging could use a bit of an upgrade to provide better protection for the products during shipping.

Stitching Awareness
I love the products we order and use for our brand however recently we've been receiving defective products with either sticking issues with seams, incomplete stitching with inside linings or holes in garments. Customer Service has been great with services and replacements despite delays.

I didn't find the photos of the shirts to be consistent, so ordering a wide sample array is required. Having a consistent viewable image, and not just the one that the manufacturer provides you, would be very helpful. Possibly even a video to help compare items making sure that you get what you want without having to spend more money on returning items.
I also did the ordering on my phone and that was not a good experience ordering on a small vertical device, the website is definitely optimized towards a traditional computer.
I received a coupon code after i had made my purchase, that I would like to used towards my purchase. Having that email immediately trigger would be more helpful for the end user.
