Terrible customer service, Terrible quality, way over priced, return policy does not cover returns to Canada. DO NOT USE

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I NEVER give reviews, even when things go very wrong. First of all, I put in an order for a sweatshirt for my boyfriend's birthday. I made sure to leave plenty of time for errors or issues. It never shipped. Never made it. I got no updates. I emailed, I tweeted, I sent messages on facebook, I used all methods of communication possible with this company and never received a response until I finally asked for a refund. Suddenly, I get a response telling me they can't refund it, as it JUST HAPPENED TO SHIP THAT DAY. Ok, fine.

Then it gets here. AND IT'S NOT THE RIGHT PRODUCT.

Everyone told me to use other companies for things like this, but I gave shirtpunch a shot because I liked a design they had. So I'm out 50 bucks and my boyfriend never got what should have been an awesome present. Lesson learned.

Shirt arrived in a timely manner. Love it! Looks cute. Can’t wait to wear it. ShirtPunch never disappoints. Also, I appreciated that I was able to use points I had of which I was unaware of. So that was a VERY pleasant surprise.

Shirts are normally great, but I’ll tend to not get communication after the initial order email until the shirt arrives 6-8 weeks later. I’ve used shirtpunch for years and it’s only recently that the timing of shirts arriving or communication about them have been delayed.

Delivered on time, with no damage.

The shirts themselves are good quality, unfortunately, the designs aren't. Every single shirt that I have bought from this company has had the design rip and fall apart within 6 months. Do not waste your money!

The Artwork was awesome! The shipping was fast and packaging excellent!

Shirts are very well made, durable, and this is the only place I've found that offers a tall-size, which is great. Shipping takes a bit, but they always arrive in great shape. I've never had reason to seek help from the company - that says something there alone.

My tshirts are amazing. I love them, and the come pretty quick.

Ok, my patience with these idiots has plateaued. I've attempted to email them twice, and both times, my email has been deliberately ignored. And I know I have the correct email address because I've emailed them in the past, and they responded relatively quickly. But now it's like my emails are getting sucked into the ether and vanishing all together. All I was trying to do was retain information about a trio of shirts I ordered over 2 weeks ago. The estimated time for them to ship out is 15 days at most. It's been well over that by this point, and I've yet to receive any kind of information about where the hell they are. Has this bullshit site devolved into a scam site? Because so far, my recent experiences with them have been abhorrent at best.

The design on the tshirt started tearing away after being washed just 1 time. This is the only t-shirt site that I've ever had this problem with.

i've order shirts from this site for YEARS! and the quality since the take over has been AWFUL. such a drastic drop from what they used to deliver, the images now seem like they are nothing more than a cheap iron on transfer, and they start falling off after the first wash!

such a shame to see a great company fall so far, the designs of the shirts are far and above anything else, even with the wait times for delivery, but the durability of the shirts just isn't there anymore

6 weeks to get a wrong order. Ordered a psoter and a sticker. waited 6 weeks for the order to be fulfilled, and when it arrived it included 2 stickers - no poster.

I ordered two shirts. One navy and the other one brown, just as they were pictured on ShirtPunch's website. I received a high quality feeling navy shirt, and a horrible scratchy brown low quality Gildan shirt with a very sticky print job :'(

I contacted ShirtPunch requesting a return/refund for the brown shirt and was told "Unfortunately we don't carry brown shirts so we had to substitute with a Gildan for your order."

Excuse me?

Substituted with a lower quality brand without asking my permission to do so? Especially when the brown shirt is still being shown and sold on your website right now! Sheesh.

Now, I admit I didn't check their return policy before making a purchase, but for everyone else's benefit - THEY DONT HAVE ONE. If you're unhappy with your shirt you can pay to return it TO CANADA out of pocket, even though they ship from New York themselves. From the US, this will cost you $30+

ShirtPunch is a terrible business to deal with and I strongly suggest avoiding them because there's no guarantee you'll get what you ordered, they won't stand behind their products, and they won't help with returns either. Three strikes. Never again.
