Ship shape scum

I scheduled a review of a stove in August for October, and now that it is October, my booking cannot be found. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. The level of professionalism exhibited is lacking; in August, I received a response indicating that the staff was on holiday in France. Additionally, the cost for refurbishing a stove is exorbitant, being comparable to the price of a new stove. Overall, the service has proven to be unreliable, and I cannot recommend it.

We urgently needed to replace auto…

We urgently needed to replace our auto pilot that had stop working after 19 years of use.
We called Ship Shape to hear if they had one EV-200 in store because we did not have time to wait for shipping etc.
Ship Shape took the time to manually look though their inventory, just to make sure if they had one or not. Thanks to this, they found one, and it was the last one in store.
They putted it aside, and we collected it the next day.
We had a lot of questions, and thanks to Ship Shape and Raymarine Danish support we got all questions answered.
The EV-200 kit was installed and was up and running the next day.
Thanks for helping some Swedes on their journey to Ireland!
