Very Bad Experience with Shiprocket
I have had a very bad experience with Shiprocket. Three of my parcels were not delivered to customers, even though the system shows fake delivery attempts and “undelivered” status.
The customers did not receive a single call or message from the courier person. Despite this, Shiprocket marked the orders as attempted.
Even after Shiprocket support arranged a conference call with the customer, their team assured us that delivery would be done as soon as possible, but no delivery was made.
We also sent emails regarding these fake delivery attempts and incorrect statuses, but there was no proper resolution. This kind of service badly affects our business and customer trust.
I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend Shiprocket for reliable deliveries.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket and their courier partner Shadowfax. Your customer care support is absolutely unhelpful — they only give the same scripted answers every time, asking us to wait for 24 or 72 hours, but nothing actually gets resolved. Our shipment has been delayed for 7 days, and no one seems concerned about it at all.
We are a B2B business, not B2C. We are answerable to our clients, and because of this delay, we are at risk of losing our client. We repeatedly asked the customer care team to help us by simply arranging a porter for the parcel, but shockingly, they said they don’t even remember where the parcel is kept. How can a logistics company not know the location of a shipment?
Day by day the delay keeps increasing, and still there is no proper update or solution. Shadowfax has no responsible or knowledgeable people to answer our queries. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Shiprocket seriously needs to improve their customer support and take accountability for such issues. Right now, it’s causing huge losses and frustration for businesses like ours

Shiprocket is a fraud company. The parcel booked through air transport was sent through surface and then later on the delivery day, the status is showing damaged. I was ready to accept a damaged product. However, I was told that the product was damaged and it has been dumped into garbage. How can you throw away a parcel without consulting the customer if he’s willing to accept or not please do not book through shiprocket.

I do not have zero stars; otherwise, I could give zero starts to these guys, I have couriered the desktop from banagalore to andhra pradesh, my CPU was damaged, my mouse was broken, my monitor had scratches, and my UPS was bent. , they have done insurane also for thhese items, when i communicated with shiprocket people regarding claim because i have done insurance also, they are saying claim is rejected, even though Shiprocket had actually transferred my coureir to another party (delhivery.com).. so guys please do not use shiprocket.com and delhivery.com, if you are planning to courier valuable and important items

They work with a bunch of liars.Everyday i hear parcel is coming ,two days early . Suddenly I read " customer has bill/ delivery dispute" " customer wants future delivery".
They should be beaten with shoes for such rubbish claims. Shameful people.

I run a small homemade snacks brand in Coimbatore. We send murukku, banana chips, seedai and mixture. Been using Shiprocket for 8 months now. Works well most of the time, dashboard is simple and I can see courier rates easily.
I have been assigned a person to reach when any problem arises. I really like how she follows up till delivery. COD could be a bit faster. But overall, good experience for small sellers like us.

I ordered a saree pleater from easy saree.com. The product was to be shipped by shiprocket. The delivery address is in Bangalore, India. I was reaching India on 18 November and hoping to use the product for some events
The contact number was incorrect and repeated emails to rectify the error did nothing. The incorrect mobile number was still there. The customer service is appalling and very unhelpful.
Easysaree.com is equally bad. No response to any of the emails.
The product was ordered on 27 October and it’s 1 December and I have not heard from either companies

I send around 50 parcel every week. I like how shiprocket shows courier charges before booking. It helps choose cheaper one. Pickups are on time mostly. Only wish they had faster customer care 🙏.

1. Nagative mark tempered by RTO delivery boy after that marked shiprocket rejected our claim.
2. They give us Weight descripency without any overweight. Even my parcel dead weight or volumetric is under the rates and weight. After that they marked it.
3. My parcel weight is 0.5 gram and volumetric is same but they is 5.8 kg dead weight discrepancy.
4. Fraud company their workers close their eyes during work Like bewde.

Ordered a product from Desi Store on November 13,2025. Received an email from Shiprocket informing delivery date as November 17,2025 but till date the ordered item has not been delivered.
Reply emails to Shiprocket are bounced as not deliverable. Have experienced such disgusting service from Shiprocket earlier, too. No calls no follow-up mails, nothing. How to blacklist this courier?

The worst courier service I have ever seen. I have ordered from Kixa which includes 4 items. The delivery date was yesterday 22/11 and no one ever showed up at my house and these idiots have the bloody nerve to say no one was available when people were there and no phone calls at all!! Absolutely disgusting, these people shouldn’t be operating at all. Waited for so long for it to come and these jerks messed it up.
