Best service for what they do

Best service for what they do, at least for what I've tried. But they won't let me down. I was not able to pay customs, and even though it's not their policy to pay Customs for their customers, they did so anyways. And that really made my day. Thank you very much.

I want to buy this item from a Canadian…

I want to buy this item from a Canadian retailer but the retailer doesn't ship to the US. I found Shipbymail online and after chatting with Valentina, I decided to give it a shot. She was so helpful with my many questions. I can't wait to get my item!

ShipByMail Excellent

I had a great experience working with ShipByMail for my first shipment. The communication was excellent right from the start. I was especially impressed with how helpful and friendly Lucas was throughout the process. He was very understanding and worked quickly to help me find the best path forward for my package. It’s rare to find such personalized customer service these days. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with—I definitely recommend their services!

Perfect / Parfait

This was my first time using a forwarding service and I am very satisfied.

Living in France, I had my package delivered to their warehouse in Canada before having it forwarded to me. Everything went perfectly.

The package was processed quickly, very well protected with double packaging, and I was able to track the entire delivery without any issues.

I chose Canada Post for international shipping, and everything went smoothly on that side as well.

The customer service is responsive, very human and genuinely kind, which is very reassuring for a first experience.

Regarding delivery in France, I only had to pay €28 in fees upon arrival, which is completely normal and has nothing to do with ShipByMail. My purchase was under €150, so everything went smoothly.

I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again for future purchases in Canada.

Première fois que j’utilise un service de réexpédition et je suis très satisfait.

Habitant en France, j’ai fait livrer mon colis dans leur entrepôt au Canada avant de le faire réexpédier chez moi. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé.

Le colis a été traité rapidement, très bien protégé avec un double emballage, et j’ai pu suivre toute la livraison sans problème.

J’ai choisi l’envoi via la poste canadienne pour l’international, et tout s’est très bien passé à ce niveau également.

Le service client est réactif, très humain et vraiment gentil, ce qui est très rassurant pour une première expérience.

Concernant la livraison en France, je précise que je n’ai eu que 28€ de frais à payer à l’arrivée, ce qui est tout à fait normal et n’a rien à voir avec ShipByMail. Mon achat étant inférieur à 150€, cela s’est fait sans problème.

Je recommande sans hésiter et je repasserai par eux pour mes prochains achats au Canada.

Great customer service! I'd accidentally shipped it to my old address and they were so quick to reply by email and assure me they would send it to my actual address. Super fast and easy to do it this way. It's my second time and I'll keep doing it! Thank you all!

Ship By Mail is a terrific company!

This year I had to order a medical device from Europe that couldn’t be directly sent to the US. I found out about Ship By Mail on Reddit they were perfect for my situation. It’s free to join and you don’t pay until they ship the item to your home. I like how you get your own personal suite address. Shipping rates are very reasonable and they are super fast to ship once your package arrives. Their customer support is fantastic. Very fast to respond to questions and are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ship By Mail if you are needing a Canadian shipping intermediary.

I had a great experience working with…Lucas

I had a great experience working with Lucas from ShipByMail. He was extremely detailed, patient, and always made sure to follow up every time I left a voicemail, he called me back promptly.

It’s rare to find that level of reliability and customer service these days. Lucas made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

OVERCHARGED ME & DESTROYED MY SHIPMENT now NO response

HELP! NO RESPONCE TO 8 requests! 1) they overcharge me $140 for shipping of one small set of coasters CA to USA ; 2) overcharge me for "duty" that does not even apply on used coaster set; 3) send item in a way it get damaged and now 1 WEEK OF CALLS AND EMAILS ASKING FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON FILING INSURANCE CLAIM - Crickets! NOone responds to calls or emails! ANYONE THERE??? RESPOND PLEASE!!! ORDER TRACKING NBR - as no way to find any other info on your site - Tracking Number: CH499431305CA

never use their service (you will lost your money & time)

they lost my package how is it possible to buy a cellphone that has a seal but only the box arrived, they received my package on March 13, on March 18 they said only the box arrived and what's funnier is they told me to pay for the empty box to be sent to me
