Dealt with Lois (who was awesome) as delivery was damaged in transit. 20% refund, resent all beers I'd ordered next day, told to salvage whatever from the damaged box and keep and then given half my order again on top as a good will gesture!! All of that without asking or demanding anything. Never had service like it before. Here's hoping DHL rip my next box apart...

Definition of Good Customer Service.
Had to leave a positive review after today's experience. They got one of my beers wrong in my order, emailed them about it, and in less than 30 minutes they'd delivered the correct one! Great customer service and will definitely be ordering from them again

Their delivery service within Manchester is fantastic! We've never had to wait longer than half an hour and the beer is always delivered cold, ready to drink.

Amazing service
I ordered some beer online at 17.46 on a Sunday and it was delivered cold to my door at 17.51 on the same evening! Excellent service and the beer is great too.

The world needs more companies like…
The world needs more companies like ShinDigger Brewing Co. Not only do they produce a fantastic range of IPAs, Lagers and other drinks that are high quality and sometimes innovative (Mango Unchained!) but the way they have adapted to the lockdown challenge is exemplary.
They started a 3 hour delivery service in Manchester, although I've never had to wait 3 hours (latest delivery was 25 minutes after ordering) and all delivery staff wear proper PPE and spray down the box with sanitiser before leaving it at your door.
When pubs reopen I'll be checking every bar I go into for Shindigger stuff and if I see it I will buy immediately.
