Nice website, shame about the online “help”…
I had never heard of this company and arrived on their website through a dodgy hyperlink through the govuk website while researching incapacity benefit. As I have some time on my hands, being chronically ill and unemployed, I decided to try and alert a member of the company. As we all know that it’s nigh impossible to contact anyone from govuk.. the online “help” assistant was less than helpful under the circumstances. I have no idea how or why this company exists, and I haven’t tried their actual scheduling services - which might be amazing, for all I know, but given the circumstances, I would never be tempted to try nor recommend the company. Customer service is really key, people, even if you didn’t think I was a viable customer.. Be Kind!
