I have looked around for Ceramic Coating for my Peugeot 3008, several companies gave quotes but did not offer pick up and return, I contacted Sherwood's who I have been with now over 7 years and met Kyle who took me through Sherwood's Ceramic Coating, price and length of time in for coating, Kyle arranged pick up and return with a very competitive price, went in on 8th April had the treatment and now back on road, Thank you Kyle and Sherwood's for another great job.

It was quick and easy they had my car dropped off at my house by Paul very nice bloke satisfied up to now enjoying my new car

Absolutely shocking service from the service department at Sherwoods Citroen, Sunderland.

I subscribed to the service plan for my van thinking getting a dealer service would be worth the extra, which I was happy to pay – how wrong I was.

I took my van in for a service and MOT and when collected I noticed an oil leak on my drive. Rang the garage who asked me to bring it back in. Diagnosed as old oil which had gathered in a place hard to reach and was cleaned up.

Took my van home, used it a few times and again, more oil patches on the drive. Having used the van I had numerous patches on the driveway now. Rang the garage and asked to bring it in again – this time I was told it was the oil sump which to repair was going to be over £400. The technician who changed the oil had overtightened the sump plug, damaging the sump – but I had to pay for repair. I do know the sump can be easily damaged but not happy still as this should have been spotted earlier.

I rang Citroen to ask if they would contribute but as it was the garages fault they wouldn’t.

I ended up having it repaired at a cost of £240.

I spoke to the service manager Hayleigh who said she would ask Citroen if they would contribute and also clean my drive. Having heard nothing for a couple of weeks I emailed to ask for an update, heard nothing, had to send another reminder after another week to be told Citroen will not contribute anything at all – which to be fair I don’t blame them as this is the garages error.

So I have paid for a dealer service BUT had to stump up an extra £240, have oil on my driveway, lost half a days work due to no courtesy cars so having to wait, and clocked up close to 100 miles backwards and forwards to garage.

Very helpful excellent salesman l would recommend to anyone love the car I would buy another car from your company really great dealers

Sherwoods Citroen Gateshead were great because they provided an excellent service, were very friendly and informative. Bought a used car, they helped with processing the paperwork and afterwards discussed future maintenance plans and paintwork protection. A great all round service.

I travelled some way to see a car for sale at Sherwoods Durham branch. The car had been brought out ready for me to test drive. The representative Alan Francis was very pleasant to deal with and really helpful without being at all pushy. - A real credit to the organisation.

We had a lovely experience with Sherwoods Motor Group at their Gateshead Suzuki showrooms, we went to view a car we saw on the Internet. The sales executive was Mark Ridley, he knew a lot about the car we went to view and answered all our questions, he wasn't pushy and there was no pressure to buy a car, he left us on our own to sit in the car and talk to each other, we decided to buy the car and he was ready to talk to us as soon as we were ready the whole experience was just perfect we are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Sherwoods Suzuki Gateshead to everyone.
