Shepley Heating and Plumbing, based in Banbury, are a family run heating and plumbing company, who have been trading since 2005. We operate in Banbury and the surrounding villages. Our friendly team of fully qualified heating engineers specialise in Worcester Bosch boilers and can offer extended guarantees of upto 10 years. We are trained by Worcester Bosch, so our knowledge and expertise is always up to date. Our plumbers are NVQ Level 3 qualified in Plumbing and we are Unvented Cylinder qualified.

Had a small problem with the boiler

Had a small problem with the boiler. They booked us in quickly, Rob attended on time and fixed it.
Great service and very efficient. Nice people to deal with, Great to know they've got your back when the temperature is -2 outside!

Robert is very customer focused

Robert is very customer focused, from booking to doing the service on my boiler & gas fire nothing was too much trouble, very professional pleasent, & reliable & knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company. Thank you shepley. Keep on doing what you do. Looking after your customers.

Great plumber, very personable and reassuring

Robert was great with our boiler service. He was very pleasant and personable to deal with and was really clear with everything. We felt reassured with the work carried out and will definitely be going with Shepley again in the future!

Boiler service - very straight foward

The on line booking systems was very easy to use as was the on-line payment system. Good communications before the service. The engineer was very personal and quickly got on with the service. It was encouraging that he checked the boiler and the 2 hot water cylinders as part of the service. Report detailing what was cover in the service was sent by email the next day along with the invoice. Overall we were happy with the service and will use them again.

Having Shepley Heating and Plumbing to both service our Boiler annually and respond to all our other plumbing requirements we may need over time is very good. We have used this company for over 20 years and they always try to work with you to meet your needs in a timely manor.
