After spending thousands of pounds and months going back and fourth with this company sadly 4 huge bulk orders aren’t right! Even after endless sizing samples and communication.
They sized up leggins in samples correct. The 300 item in bulk order was then sized to big and they won’t refund!!
We sampled a blouse frill shirt bulk order arrived they changed the fabric to a blue colour instead of white!
The lace show shirt body was white lace and was a yellow colour!
We ordered a water resistant leggin the logo has arrived blurred and they aren’t water resistance atall !!! When asking this company to sort they just ask for more money totally unfair very disappointed!!!

I paid invoice SI-S-1357 in full (USD 6,140). Goods worth USD 3,231 were never delivered.

Before shipment I raised concerns about EU compliance something every serious supplier should know. This company has no knowledge of REACH, General Product Safety, Textile Regulation, or CE Marking Directives. Products that fail these standards cannot even be legally sold in the EU, which makes their lack of knowledge especially alarming. Still, I accepted the goods in good faith (naive of me). What I did receive was terrible: Shorts in the wrong fabric, every piece wrinkled had to be steamed again. Boxes stuffed carelessly, products literally thrown in.

When I asked for proof of the missing goods, they refused. No packing lists. No records. Nothing. Instead, they attacked me personally. They kept saying “we have proof for Alibaba” but never showed anything. In reality, there is no proof. At the end their final message to me was literally: “Will not reply you anymore. Have a good day bye.” That says it all.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and dangerous to work with. If anyone wants to see the WhatsApp and Alibaba chat, I have it. They will probably say I am lying or a fraud. I have seen them do this with others but don’t be fooled. You will lose your money, just like I lost USD 3,231 and have unsellable goods.
