The ease of getting started and putting into motion

I found Sheila's Wheels via one of the aggregation sites. Their offer appeared at the top and offered the lowest monthly payment option. I clicked through and (unlike with Yoga) I was taken to the offer. The sign up process was simple and quick. I had one question about windscreen cover and asked a question via the chat bot which was handled quickly.
The only "neg" was having to pay two months in advance as an initial payment. I needed low monthly payments to reduce my outgoings- that double payment didn't help me at all - hence the 4 star rating

Arranging the insurance was straightforward and easy to do.
The 4 stars are because I’ve just signed up for 1 x years cover. This is my 4th insurer in as many years because the renewal price is always eye wateringly high despite not needing them and making no claims.
My hope is that Sheilas’Wheels will break this cycle and offer me affordable insurance for future years. If they do this they’ll get 5 stars next year.

Wish I done a long time ago very with theprice

Terrible customer service: the worst I have experienced.

I have called more than 15 times about a claim against a third party (with clear proof of liability), and every time I was told someone would call me back with an update. That never happened.

It has now been five months since the incident, and I have only just learned that they have been sitting on the payout for two months. When I asked why it had not been paid, I was given no proper explanation.

The service has been shockingly poor and it feels like they simply do not want to work. Avoid at all costs.

I've had my car insured with this company for 3 years. Their auto renew increased my policy significantly, I then found insurance with the AA at HALF the cost. When I asked to cancel Sheilas Wheels didn't care and didnt even attempt to keep me as a customer.
