I backed big time on kickstarter since October 2024 no response, no update and no shegell either. This company is a fraud and the hole thing a scam.
This is very disappointing to say the least.
Kickstarter wont do anything either and cc company too, since so much time has pasted because it is a kickstarter.
Hope karma gets you, my only comfort at this point.
I would give 0 stars but that is not possible.

They were funded at over 4000 percent of their original Kickstarter goal. They have now ceased all communications and updates. Kickstarter does not give a crap because they took their cut off the top and the company walks away with the rest of the money without delivering the paid-for products. This was nothing more than a planned scam

So far all we have received is the birdfeeder
The first one would not charge after several emails back-and-forth with the company clearly overseas because of the response time video showing that it would not charge. They finally agreed to and did send me a new one. Unfortunately this has been not a very positive experience. I did believe in them on the Kickstarter program I too, along with other people sent approximately $250 for the complete system. All I have received is a single birdfeeder.
The solar panel does not recharge the battery which I found out. It’s usually dead after about two days I live in North Carolina north of Charlotte we have a lot of squirrels. I think it’s our State rodent
Went away for two days came home to destroyed seed dispenser the squirrels had chewed two holes in it. I have pictures, but I can’t figure out how to post them.

After a very nice and positive start on Kickstarter where I purchased a complete set and paid USD 249, it appears to be a scame. No delivey in March 2025, sales on Amazon while backer did not receive their products, no information on when to expect the product and no updates.
So be aware and DO NOT buy, you will not receive a product like the 1,000 people that backed this company.

I’m so disappointed that I backed sheggell right from the start, told friends and family all about it. Contributed to your Facebook pages to improve engagements and get we still haven’t had an update on delivery times to the UK. My excitement and enthusiasm towards sheggell has been lost, I questioned my Amazon reward numerous times, no reply from any customer service.

I went all in on the kick starter deal which was promised to ship this month (March) . There are many people still waiting for their deliveries. I sent a personal message inquiring about mine. About a week later I received the bird feeder. It arrived in a damaged box that was sealed in a labeled black plastic bag. Upon inspection there was a loose screw in the bottom of which I have no idea what it belongs to. I was also missing the charging cable. I can not even charge it to see if it works. Back to customer service with another email inquiring about my cable and still waiting. I just want all my accessories to start enjoying my birds. Please take care of your customers.
