From start to Finnish the experience was good , 99 pound to secure my jag e -pace. They sent me a video wich was detailed. I had it delivered to my home address. On arrival the car was exactly as I was told and expected. Any questions have been answered quickly. Both the sales team and the drivers were friendly.All in all a great experience. Thanks .I would definitely use this company again

My first time using Sheffield Prestige and I received a first class service. Nikki in the office is brilliant and the guy’s in the workshop are great. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future work I need doing.

Despite several e-mails and phone calls to book my car in for work required, and diagnosed by the RAC, I have not received any promised return calls or e-mails.
Looks like their good reviews must be fictitious?

Always use these guys I wouldn’t go anywhere else,
Only downfall is they don’t have courtesy cars readily available 😩

1) Phoned and was quoted for A-type (major) service (Approx £350). Realised after car only needed the B (minor) service.
2) Arrived at garage and told B service booked so was happy with that as tallies with service record
3) Arrived later to pick car up and charged £370 and told A service done
4) Checked invoice receipt that B service done.
5) To top off, asked if I was keeping that car, if so needed numerous items doing, recommended get done asap. All doom and gloom. Yet car passed MOT 2 weeks earlier.

Overall, seem to have paid £370 regardless and a rather stressfull experience overall and quite frankly a hard sell. Will go somewhere else in future, gut feeling of looking for cash flow and rather expensive.
