Had a problem ordering on line .
Had an email following morning with a contact number.
Rang and spoke with Claire who was very helpful and understanding and did my transaction so easily while I was on the phone.Fantastic.
And then from the company delivering my beautiful greenhouse,straight away contacted me and kept me updated with delivery right through the whole process.
John my delivery driver was lovely and very helpful.
Over all fantastic customer service from all.

Shocking company!! Shocking delivery and shocking communication. can’t send the shed in time.. when it does arrive it’s the wrong one. Then to wait another week for delivery and to be told if anything happens to the wrong shed they deliverd it was my fault!! They then wasted two unpaid work days for me. Then on top of that when the shed did come it wasn’t what I fully ordered. No working window. So I call again for a refund for them to cut the refund short by £4!!! Cheeky robbing so and sos!! I wouldn’t bother with this untrustworthy company. Shoddy wood and sheds!

Ordered faulty product. Called and rude lady told me i had to email pictures. Emailed pictures, got a response saying they will get back to me in 3 days, never got back to me this is now 11 days ago and no reply. So i am stuck with a faulty product, all wood is bent and twisted and cant be installed.

Bought a shed in July it was £900. Arrived on time and delivery was good. Went to start painting it and saw some issues with one panel look like a the wood had warped and massive gap. I carried on thinking it only one panel painted all the panels. Followed the instructions to put it up and found more poorly made panels with nails poking out warped main beams finding it hard to screw down got to the door frame and wouldn’t go in just popped out got it in by taking panel out it then pushed the floor apart as the floor wasn’t screwed together as the instructions said not to. What ever I done didn’t work. I watched the video of how to put together and they said to screw the floor together. Contact customer service which said take one picture as that was all I was allowed to take waited three days for them to ask me to take more and they would look at them. Waited again another three days for the answer to be count how many panels are wrong and we will send more panels out. By this time it’s been sitting in my garden four 3 three weeks I had enough asked for a refund which again had to wait three days for a reply and they came and picked it up and refunded me the money. The whole process was 4 weeks to get refund and shed to be collected. For me poor quality of product wouldn’t buy again.

Clare on sales was very helpful and guided me through every stage with very good knowledge of products and procedure delivery was on time only problem was one young lad was sent with delivery and without a lot of help from my son would have been with us for hours so not the white glove delivery I paid for

Ordered a good quality wooden shed. Something the local DIY store no longer stocks.
Delivery was good. Came flat-packed. Takes 2 people to build. Job done.

The delivery service was great and very helpful. The shed is up and looks good but is more flimsy than I would ideally like.

Problem at the online ordering stage quickly resolved, no problems after that a quick no fuss delivery. No stress no worries. Quality service, highly recommended.

It hasnt arrived yet, still waiting for delivery, and a delivery date, so a bit early to be excited about it

Nothing has gone wrong but all I have done so far is order it on the website. Once it is delivered and I can see what it is like I will be able to give a more (hopefully) better rating.

Some elements of the delivery were split as can happen with natural wood but reaction was good and they had the parts replaced within a week.

My shed was delivered with one of the window kits missing. I contacted the company using their web chat option and explained my issue to Abigail. She was amazing - very polite and efficient. The missing items will be delivered to me in the next 5 - 7 days. A great service provided by Abigail, thank you.

The shed store delivered in about 2 weeks and kept us informed but the quality of the panels is poor. Joining sections often requires you to sand/plane or saw off misaligned edges. The overlap panels are variable too. My apex panel has a large gap with clear daylight showing through a 20 cm section so it will need a patch. Instructions are good but 2 floor panels with no joining strip give wobbly finish even on flat concrete base. Overall disappointing.

Update 8/9 I have now spent another £60 on wood to make trusses due to only one truss in the middle of a 12x8 roof as it was dipping in the middle maybe its a new design to help with water run off if you have the use of a drill and a saw save your time and money build the shed yourself it will be sturdier and made of better material and with the amount of time i have spent rectifying the shed I could of built one in that time with the calls and emails to start off put the review on and somebody will be in touch nope so just to make it look like somebody cares the other end hopefully somebody will learn from my mistake and buy or build it yourself elsewhere its not worth the hassle . I bought a beckwood 12x8 shiplap reverse apex contacted them about the quality and got told i should of checked before staining before i tried building the shed they did send down 3 replacement panels and 2 new doors as the frame work for the doors was bent due to knots in the frame work and the panels had not been pushed together before nailing together i have used two tubes of sealant to try to fill up the gaps as as the name ship comes in to play as some of them lets more daylight through than a port hole it has height issues as Stevie wonder was working on the day mine was built as there is a difference of between 5mm and 8 mm on the panels which makes it hard to put the apex panel on as the 8mm height issue make the apex over 4ft prob about 20mm for the eaves so ive had to butcher and repair to get them level if you do buy one measure the height on each panel both ends as a visual check you wont notice till you build make sure every slat has been pushed together before nailing bought the shed in july got the replacement parts end of August putting together now and if i could afford it i just rip it all down and burn its got 25yrs guarantee will be lucky for it to last 25 months couldnt fault the delivery guys and the emails back with customer service but they shouldnt be sending sheds out of this quality i would say workmanship but on the day mine was put together i think it was bring your 5 yr old to work day and the parents went to the pub. Request to where as i have had emails from yourselves regarding the shed quality and you past my details onto forest sheds who replaced 3 panels and they aint no better how hard is it to cut wood to the same length so all the heights are all the same the workmanship is terrible windows do not fit due to the frames being out of square more gaps than the London underground order number if this helps you get in contact SHS3000428800

Bought a wooden shiplap shed. Quality pretty average, many cracked/split wooden elements. Lots of gaps between boards. Why bother engineering shiplap tongue and groove construction, if you leave a few mm gaps between the planks when putting a module together? I used the whole tube of silicone filling all the gaps. Window panels made out of thinnest plexi possible plus not wide enough - they overlap 1mm each side with the cover panels installed. They should be at leaest 1cm wider each side. You sneeze on them and they pop out. It comes with low quality felt, it rips so easily. Had the same with previous shed, had to replace it after a couple of years with a premium one. Give an option to pay extra for premium felt and thicker plexi panels if you want to keep the base price low. Instruction manual - let me put it this way: IKEA it is NOT. Pictures from all sizes of sheds, fixing kit packs names in instruction do not match the names on the bags. Would be nice to have small labels with sizes on bags with scres - there are many of them that you use interchangeably. Finally, while modular build with interchangeable panels is easier for transport, packaging and handiling, plus more universal for palcement of doors/windows. The construction is not as rigid and straight as if the panels were bigger.
Details, like inner door locking bolts are tiny and need super percision for elements to match. Wood moves, shrinks and expands with weather. I give it max a couple of months before the won't fit anymore. At the end of the day, it's just a shed (although the price may suggest otherwise) so my expectations were not very high. Still they managed to disappoint me. I feel very generous today, so I give it 2 stars because all the elements were delivered and nothing was missing.

Absolute rubbish.
The only good thing was the delivery, driver was courteous, polite and helpful, thats where it ends.
Parts missing, extremely poor quality, (wish I could add photographs), paid extra for the shiplap, you could sail a ship through the gaps.
One gap can be seen from over 30 feet away, from inside my house and through the shed window.
This shed won't last 5 years, it is very poor quality throughout which the manufacturers will not acknowledge. They have fobbed me off with contacting the supplier.
Do not buy!!!

Mixed feelings and experience about the shed I bought from shed store. Ordering, communication and delivery was fine. Product looked okay on arrival. Construction: base was too slightly too big (10mm), consequently had to push and pull sides into an acceptable shape which led to the bottom shiplap boards being slightly angled which had knock on issues for cover strips. Apex side sections were tricky to fit (required trimming) and did not fit neatly. The central apex truss would have been better if pre drilled for the truss bracket Having two panels on each side of the shed leads to some initial bowing before roof goes on which makes overall construction more difficult. Contacted the customer service about one set of missing components and they arrived next day, so I am impressed with aftersales support. The instructions were very good, although if you don't have shed construction experience extra detailed videos would help.

Wood was very poor quality, full of knot holes, 1x1 wood used on side sections warped and cracked, Missing window sills, The doors were warped, very hard for professional trades person to work with, Very overpriced and poor quality,
Will not recommend any of my family friends and neighbours to purchase from Shedstore
