NO GOODS RECEIVED I have been purchasing products from SHC web for without any problems for the last several years and I am so disappointed that now I have not received the goods I ordered on 23rd October . There has been no communication from them since the money was taken from my PAYPAL account . They have not replied to any phone messages I have left or any e mails that I have sent. I can only presume that they have gone into liquidation ....unless anyone else knows differently ?

product usually arrived late and most of the lids are without the pad to stop leakage

Three months waiting for a delivery, with no indication of when it would be dispatched, no response to phone calls or emails asking where it was, and then finally it arrives with no explanation for the significant delay, no apology, nothing! If this is how you treat a long term customer, then don't be surprised if I never order from you again!

This is the second box I've ordered so it's obvious that I'm satisfied with the product, I wish they had the same design box but in a larger size.

Products and price point are very good but despatch time was overly long. I will order again, however I will make sure to leave a couple of weeks to receive the items in time, the turnaround is too long for items required quickly.

I order some pots on 1st October. The product information said estimated delivery in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later on the 31st October and I am still waiting for the order to arrive.
I followed up the order with a message using the online contact form and have not had a reply.
Poor service.
I am wondering if my order will arrive and when the company will reply to my request for an estimated delivery date.

I'm very excited about receiving my order, but as yet it hasn't arrived. I'm not concerned as shipping from the US to the UK seems to take forever. I ordered very small pots so my semi permanent make-up clients can decant the healing ointment I give them so it's portable and they can use it as and when required. I searched everywhere for this type of small pot with a lid and I'm glad I found SHC Web as their prices were very reasonable and I can see myself using them again and again throughout my career as SPMU artist.

Placed an order and nothing arrived

Placed an order at the end of august and have still not received it. No replies to our emails or phone calls but they can still send us emails asking us to review them for the last order. Have they gone out of business or something, i am beginning to assume so considering everyone else here is having the same issue!

I have used this company for years and they have always been fine. However I placed an order on 9th September, my card was charged, I have had nothing, Website still says processing, but I have had no updates, no replies to email and no replies to phone calls. Beginning to wonder if they are still in business. I may have to put in a dispute with my card provider and find a different supplier in future

i add my voice to the others here who have been charged and not received their goods. emails not replied to, phone not answered. beware!

After 6 weeks I still haven't recieved anything:( Telephone just rings out and email is unanswered.

I placed an order on 13th September & paid by Credit Card. I had confirmation for my order & confirmation for payment.
To date ( 4th October ) I have still not received my order.
When I go to the website to check the status the order is still processing !
I can't get any reply when I telephone & I have emailed 3 times with no reply

Whilst the product was good, the service left a bit to the imagination. Delivery took a lot longer than expected, but unlike some, my products did arrive. I have bought before through eBay but this time decided to use the website. Next time it may be back to eBay as the service was better.

Products I ordered on August 25 2016 have not been delivered but they have taken money from my account to pay for them. I have emailed twice with no reply. I have phoned but the plug just gets pulled.
Don't buy from this website.

Still not arrived

Was going to order 5000 bags but decieded to go somewhere else

I am so disappointed by SHC Web. I have bought their pots for a while now and never had a problem. Now I have been waiting over a month and no jars delivered, but they took the money straight away. A constantly ringing phone, and no reply to emails. I will now have to try to recover my money. Buyers beware...
