Cancellation and extremely bad to non-existent customer service

I am trying to cancel but they never answer the mails (no matter if to the .dk or .se or .no domain) and their telephone number stated on the website is not working. They are nearing scam levels of service now and I am seriously considering actually just cancelling my card and get a new one to stop them from charging me!

The blades are s#$t since they got bought up by United Barber Shop and the blades keep falling out. A good product has become s#$t honestly. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

Have to add to the number of complaints…

Have to add to the number of complaints here. I have emailed them repeatedly and asked them to cancel my subscription and they have kept sending and charging my credit card. Now when my card is no longer valid, hte send invoices instead but never ever answer emails send to the adress specified on their website.

No response to inquiries

Product quality is ok. But I have mailed shaverandsons twice and twice left messages on their voice mail asking them to contact me. They have not responded to my inquiries.
Update: Response received.

Too inflexible

Beautiful design - but too inflexible. I miss the moving part you find with Gillettes Mach3.
