Very helpful and personable for both…

Very helpful and personable for both purchases and gold backed SIPP’s, both vaulted with very reasonable fees.Staff are always friendly and have went more than the extra mile to help out.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They forgot 1 sovereign but they…

They forgot 1 sovereign but they checked and fixed the issue quickly. Buy or collect in person. There’s a guy talks too much and treats like despising you at the door, do not mind him please.

Very good experience, very good prices compared with others dealers...I've been buying from Sharps Pixley since 2019 and every time they were perfect and very fast delivery.
I've placed another order a couple of days ago and I'm sure they will not disappoint considering the latest high demand..
Very happy with their service so far.

Don’t buy from this company via POSTAL DELIVERY

Don’t buy from this company via post. Based on my experience, their deliveries may be insured on paper, but when something goes wrong they do not accept responsibility.
I reported a missing gold bar from my order and Sharps Pixley have not sent a single email to even acknowledge the issue.
The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive and tried to push responsibility onto my card provider instead of dealing with it themselves. My card provider has since confirmed that the retailer should be investigating, not the customer. The lack of communication and refusal to take ownership is unacceptable for a company dealing with high-value items. I would strongly advise others not to order anything from them by post. Now starting process to report via bank and claim my money back.
