The knives came back in excellent shape and perfectly sharp. My only complaint is the slow shipping through USPS. Not your fault but they are extremely slow.

So far not happy
So far not happy. They received knives (per usps tracking), they didn't send me a confirmation even though they claim they do. I have emailed a few times, absolutely no response. I'm afraid my knives have fallen into the void. Do far customer service sorely lacking.

Knives look fantastic, but…
Knives look fantastic. Turnaround with USPS shipping was disappointing. Sent them out Jan 5 and they just arrived today. Being without my best knives for two weeks was hard on me. Considering other options.

Depending on your location, USPS shipping can indeed take a few days too many and this is why we also offer UPS Express shipping. This also comes with a higher insurance included for your knives. Please consider upgrading to this option and you will get your knives back much faster in the future.

The process was easy and my knives are nicely sharp. They definitely deliver on what they promise. My only complaint was the shipping time. I sent them my knives January 2. They received them January 5 and sent me the notice that my knives were on the way back January 8. No problems there except I didn't actually have my knives back until January 17. Three days to get there. Nine days to get back. Not sure what happened at the post office but it shouldn't take that long. As my first experience with Sharpenters, I was pleased with the outcome but will prepare next time for significant shipping times.

Sharpenters Solved my Problems.
Sharpenters did exactly what I wanted and needed done to my knives. They were very communicative, fixed 2 knives with broken tips and sharpen all 4 knives. Prompt in sending the envelope and prompt in returning. Very pleased. Will definitely use this company again. 5 stars.

It was really a quick turnaround
It was really a quick turnaround. When I got the knives back they were razor sharp. Even the one I inherited from my elderly grandmother who insisted she knew how to sharpen it until she died. I figured it never cut very well I’ll send it and see. Well that came back super sharp. Way better than the local guys here that “sharpen” your knives. Great service!
