Ordered new turbo fan as a gift for my wife who is an NHS nurse, was delivered next day. Excellent service. my wife then informed me of blue light discount, which I had missed out on. Very pleased with my recent purchase of my new shark vacuum! My old shark had given up after 7 years but I wanted to stay with Shark, so ordered a newer lift away model.
Couldn't be happier with the order process, super fast delivery and 5 year guarantee and after having already used it, I'm very pleased with the performance! Wouldn't go anywhere else for a vacuum cleaner!

I’m still awaiting delivery
I am certain that the steam cleaner will be of the usual excellent standard I expect from a Shrk product. However, I’m still awaiting delivery. Royal Mail did not follow instructions to leave in front porch and on the Saturday did not wait for me to open the gates which were closed but I responded immediately to the call to open the gates. I then went straight to the gates but the delivery driver had gone. I cannot find any further information for delivery. What do I do?
