Jag mottog ett grafikkort som var öppet, saknade kablar och grafikhållare. Trots detta vägrar Sharkgaming att kompensera eller ersätta kortet. Det är uppenbart att företaget inte har någon tydlig kundfokusering och verkar vara mer inriktat på ekonomisk vinning. Som en konsekvens av deras bristande service har de nu förlorat mig som kund, och oavsett vad de säger i framtiden kommer jag aldrig att överväga att handla från dem igen. Det är beklagligt att en företagshandling kan ha så negativ påverkan på kundrelationen och lojaliteten.


Efter att ha hämtat grafikkortet den 2 januari 2024 postade jag tillbaka samma dag, cirka 30-40 minuter senare. Trots detta har jag ännu inte fått tillbaka mina pengar per dagens datum, den 8 januari 2024. Det har nu framkommit att återbetalningen förväntas ta 2 veckor. Det är frustrerande att köpprocessen går snabbt, medan återbetalningen drar ut på tiden. Vi lever i 2024, och det borde ta högst 1-2 arbetsdagar. Att hålla kundens pengar i två veckor känns som stöld. Det är en osanning och onödigt krångel från SharkGaming.

I received a graphics card that was open, missing cables, and a graphics holder. Despite this, Sharkgaming refuses to compensate or replace the card. It is evident that the company lacks clear customer focus and seems more oriented towards financial gain. As a consequence of their poor service, they have now lost me as a customer, and regardless of what they say in the future, I will never consider buying from them again. It is regrettable that a business action can have such a negative impact on customer relations and loyalty.

After receiving the graphics card on January 2, 2024, I posted it back the same day, approximately 30-40 minutes later. Despite this, I have not received my money back as of today, January 8, 2024. It has now come to light that the refund is expected to take 2 weeks. It is frustrating that the purchasing process is swift, while the refund is dragging on. We live in 2024, and it should take at most 1-2 business days. Keeping the customer's money for two weeks feels like theft. It is a falsehood and unnecessary hassle from SharkGaming.

The computer seems to work fine and looks fantastic. But the box was slightly damaged when it arrived, and I had to pick it up at PostNords business office as it was to big for my local pickup office.

I noticed something moving around inside the PC, and I opened it up to find the gpu clip laying in the bottom of the case, which could've severely damaged the other parts. Luckily it didn't. But my gpu is now secured by only 2 screws and nothing else, so I have to personally buy a gpu mount to make sure it doesn't break.

After I left a bad review they could give me a compensation, between 2 gaming mouse, a headset or merch from their own brand. But they couldn't refund me for the price of a gpu bracket. Honestly I expected them to ship out a new motherboard, seeing as it's broken.

Keep away from this store unless you want unnecessary problems. A motherboard should not be destroyed during shipping, ever.

bought a computer got it fast but it freezes on different games you had to turn it off all the time sent the computer back now over 1 month has passed haven't got my money back still waiting sent email get no answer call them they say we can't help you here you have to send an email or they say they are checking your computer but nothing happens every time I call, they say we will send them an email nothing more we can do they don't answer their rma on the website either I don't know what to do do Now going for 2 month stil nothing happning, i have sent email no answer to

I ordered a custom PC from Shark Gaming on a Friday and recieved a notification that the order was shipped the following Thursday. The turnaround time was within the 3-5 business day guarantee, so that was quite nice! The PC itself works just fine and the price was great. I'm able to play the games that I enjoy just fine at 4K 60 Hz which is exactly what I was expecting, since I only play some indie games and not really any AAA titles.

There were a few things I didn't think were that great unfortunately:
1. Shark Gaming is a company that has for years built and sold custom PCs, most of which I am assuming are shipped (as opposed to picked up from their warehouse) across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. And yet, the shipping box they decided to use was not the greatest quality cardboard. Furthermore, the cardboard did NOT have any handles. In the 2020s, almost any large electronic device such as a TV, soundbar, etc you buy will come in a cardboard box with handles, but Shark Gaming decided to use a box without handles. I must admit the process of carrying a 15kg box without handle cutouts from the postnord pickup location to my residence by foot was not fun, to say the least. It would have been more than managable if the box had handle cutouts. To make matters slightly funnier, the box within the box which housed the PC actually did have handles, and used significantly higher quality cardboard as well.

2. It's quite strange to me that the company charges 300 kr for shipping, when many of the competitors these days are offering free shipping. When purchasing a PC from Shark Gaming, ensure that you account for this cost of at least 300 kr, at least if you live in Sweden, unless you feel like driving to the suburbs of Copenhagen to pick up your PC, in which case there is no additional shipping fee.

3. The PC I ordered came with the incorrect color of fans on the heatsink. Note that these are non-RGB fans I am talking about. The fans are red, when I ordered the heatsink with gray fans. I reached out to Shark Gaming, and they told me that their team reached out to me in advance to tell me that the gray unit was out of stock, so they would be sending the red unit. However, I checked my emails and I recieved no such email from Shark to inform me of this. I also checked my spam and trash folders just to double check. I also checked my call and SMS history and recieved nothing there either. I reached out to Shark to inform them of this and they told me that they do not have the gray fans in stock anymore so there is nothing they can do. The PC quite frankly looks ridiculous with the red fans and doesn't match the color scheme I ordered at all.

Overall, the PC works well, and the price was great! But really sucks that I couldn't get the correct color fans that I ordered. If you order from Shark Gaming, keep in mind that you might get incorrect color parts and that you will not be informed or know about it until you recieve your computer.

The comp is prob one of the most expensive one they offer that I got.
But start up time is slow, games crash due to memore error etc. Its loud and even more loud and goes up to 95c if I turn v-sync off. Im not happy with it.
I payd extra for thwm to build it and test it.

I definitely have a pretty good experience, really nothing went wrong. I asked to the package because I was in doubt about when it arrived and after that they send me a few updates on the package. It took a bit if time in the beginning for them to finish building and testing it, that’s why I was worried in the beginning, but can’t really complain, it’s near Christmas and everyone is in a hurry. I got responses when I asked and I’m really just fine with the rest of it. I can’t say I won’t recommend them if someone asks :)

Fast Delivery and very helpful staff, I've talked with one of the staff regarding pc building before and they explained everything I needed to know.

I ordered a pc but when I plugged it in I didn’t show any signs of power I tried every single
cable and plug on the wall what do you want me to do more

Avoid this store. The service are horrible and they cant build a working pc and wont take any responisblity. Big warning. Go to other well known stores instead.

I used the website to communicate and was phoned back immediately with the (postage) issue resolved straight away (the fault was FedEx not shark gaming). I'm super impressed by the product and excellent customer service. Highly recommended 👌

I bought a computer tower Along with a monitor. I received the PC computer tower from them, but they didn't send the monitor. I contacted them on Monday because they were closed over the weekend, and they informed me that they delivered the monitor separately and it's currently at the postal office. However, they called me later to inform that they actually don't have the monitor in stock. I find it incredibly frustrating that they neglected to inform or message me regarding this matter. I had been patiently waiting for approximately 5 days, and an additional 2 days due to the weekend, and I am not willing to endure such a lengthy wait again for the monitor. If you do not have certain components in stock, it would be appreciated if you could display that information on your website or send a notification.You are setting the customer's expectation that they can immediately use the computer.

Fan had come loose during transport and Sharkgaming rep mailed instructions (without fan directions though) but a phone call straighten all questions marks
