It was so easy to become part of the YouTube family and the family admin answered quickly and friendly. It works much better than GamsGo and the price is great as well. I’m very happy with ShareSub and can only recommend this website!

It took a bit more time than I expected to setup everything but after that it all went fine! My available shares were filled in just one day! Automatic payments each month so nothing to worry about.

Misleading pricing and unfair payout – feels deceptive
I joined this service to share my Spotify subscription based on the clearly advertised promise of €1.66 per subscriber. In reality, I am receiving only €0.59 per subscriber, which is not even remotely close to what was presented.
This is extremely misleading. The pricing and payout structure are not transparent, and the real numbers only become visible after you are already committed. At that point, it feels less like a business model and more like a bait-and-switch tactic.
If the actual payout is €0.59, then advertising €1.66 is simply deceptive. Whether this is hidden behind “conditions,” fees, or fine print doesn’t change the fact that the headline promise is false in practice.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to do the math very carefully and not trust the marketing claims at face value. What is promised and what is delivered are two very different things.
Overall, this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I do not recommend this platform.

They responded to this review with bla-bla-bla 😀 but the truth is this platform works only for the admins. They explain here how to read FAQ to but it’s impossible to contact a support to resolve your issues. I see a dashboard where you explained how I receive, when I receive 30% from that you promised, that’s a misleading!!!

I like sharesub because I don't need to…
I like sharesub because I don't need to find people for sharing and nag them if they forget to pay. Also pro-rata pricing is helpful. It's just a good service. The only minus: When I write in cyrillic alphabet the text gets jumbled and I have raised this as a bug ticket a long time ago but it seems to be low in priority. Let's see.

Nightmarish customer support
Everything was going fine for a few months.
Until one day I see that my funds are pending. So I decided to contact the customer support, first of all you should note that it is an absolute hell to find a way to contact them without the chatbot wasting your time.
After that I finally managed to talk to a human. I explained my issue and he told me that :
"We have noticed that you are currently sharing a subscription of a certain type while you already offer a similar subscription for sharing on Sharesub.
This violates our Terms of Use: Sharesub is a platform designed to reduce costs among users, not to generate commercial profits through repeated sharing of the same type of subscription."
However, I read the TOS and here is what it says :
"You can share as many subscriptions as you want on Sharesub !
However, sometimes our system sets a limit on users sharing identical subscriptions (or from the same brand)."
When I told him if he could guide me through where he found what he is saying in the TOS, he replied :
"I inform you that you are only allowed to share one subscription per brand, for example one YouTube subscription, and not three."
And proceeded to close the conversation ticket.
Absolute nightmare company, probably trying to rip people off, as they didn't even warn me or send any messages, just held my funds and stopped paying me.

Good core service but needs a loooot of polishing
Been subscribing to shared services as well as share subscriptions myself. My option is that is feels like a rushed platform in a public beta stage 😂
Good thing is that the core service really is needed in, bad thing is that it need tons of polishing.
Translations are bad for other languages than French (French company) and English. Wouldn’t recommend using any other language other than those.
Kinda hard to find advanced options and information about the settings they provide. Support is either very fast AI bot or a human answereing which is also fast, but the issue is that that constantly misunderstand questions in English. Why I don’t know.
I’m a software engineer myself and my gut feeling tells me this is the kind of platform that gets hacked one day and leaks all personal information 😀
Happy as long as the service works!
