cheating people in the name of…

They are cheating people in the name of celebration kit worth 3000/-!(on orders more than 5k, they are claiming to provide a celebration kit worth 3000/-)However , when we receive the kit, it has only 3 samples of 100/- each(their MRPwritten on the samples back). The customer care people also refuse to provide any details and neither they are providing any resolution. On persistent Followup, they are not responding only.
Also, when we provide review on their website they are not publishing it. Extremely poor services.
