Pathetic After sale service by Shakti Servo Stabilisers
I purchased a 15KVA servo stabiliser from Shakti Servo Stabilizers, Patparganj, Delhi for my home in the month of Aug this year vide their Invoice INV/181 dated 06 Aug 26. The stabilizer is not giving output as per specification provided by manufacturer. The claimed output is 220-230V ±1% at input 140-280V, whereas it is practically giving wide rage of output from 226V to 242V. Also OEM's specification categorically mentioned having a bypass mechanism whereas it is missing in the delivered product. Communicated all these issues to the OEM verbally as well as through video clips, but he nagated all the issues saying that "My stabilizer is working fine and there is no abnormality in its functioning. Before purchasing this product, I discussed and clarified all these points at length and breadth from the OEM based on their provided tech specifications and he agreed to all the points. But now when the product is giving trouble in operation, he shrugged his shoulders to escape the responsibility. If you would like to enjoy all these difficulties, then only go for shakti servo products.
