Excellent service
After 3 years of owning a dining set I had an issue with the table and a chair, the help I received was first class and speedy. I received a set of replacement planks for the table and a replacement chair within 2 weeks of raising the issue. 1st class Customer Services😁

Great customer service. Went to Shackletons to buy dining chairs and bar stools. I asked if they would price match a competitor that I had found. Paul B (member of staff) then checked the details by ringing the competitor and checking the price and delivery cost. £90 was discounted from my order because of the price match. Thank you Paul B for great customer service.

I recently purchased an outdoor dining table and chairs at a very competitive price which included free delivery to Essex. Upon receipt of the furniture I noticed that there was a blemish to one of the arms on a chair. I contacted Shackletons customer care team as soon as possible and the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction that day. I will certainly be recommending Shacketons to my relatives and friends as a company that provides first class after sales service.

I had a problem with a lost screw on an umbrella which I bought 3 years ago. I contacted Shackletons to ask could I purchase a replacement screw thinking I would have little chance after this time. Within 3 hours I received a phone call from a very helpful lady saying they had found an odd screw in their warehouse and did I want it. I went immediately to the warehouse where Ben not only provided the screw but enquired whether I had the correct Allan key to fit it , then duly supplied me with a couple of keys to use. What a great experience , no waiting on the phone for a call centre, no 48 hours to respond . Good old fashioned customer service. Thank you.

I purchased an outdoor dining set in March which was duly delivered and stored in my garage until weather conditions improved. On unpacking the furniture I discovered a chair with a bent leg. I reported the damage to customer service who explained that the chairs were out of stock and would I be happy to allow a repair to which I agreed. Unfortunately the repair was unsuccessful and the chair has now been exchanged for a new one. I can honestly say that throughout customer services were extremely efficient, courteous and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Shackleton's Home & Garden.

Fantastic customer service. I informed them that a slat from our garden table was losing the veneer and replacements were sent immediately. I was kept informed promptly and courteously.

We bought some furniture which developed a fault. Shackletons rectified the problem quickly & efficiently to our complete satisfaction.

One of the feet on my 4SO sofa broke and Sammy arranged a replacement which arrived within a few days.

Ordered Tetrad furniture from Shackletons in lockdown and recently one of the sofa’s developed a creak sound. I contacted Shackletons and they organised through Tetrad for someone to come to my home and fix this . He was very professional and fixed it in no time at all explaining what caused it. We were very impressed

Fantastic service from our first visit . We received excellent advice in a very relaxed non pushy way. We received regular updates about our order and delivery was excellent.
We had a slight issue with our settees but this was dealt with very quickly and satisfactorily from the customer service team .

Bought garden furniture a few years ago. On uncovering it after the winter the table was damaged. Under the guarantee I had to contact Shackletons first. They immediately contacted the manufacturer Lifestyle ( who were also super responsive ). No problem at all getting replacement slats. A week later Shackletons checked up to ensure everything was resolved. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you.

Brilliant company! I had been looking for a new sofa for ages but just couldn’t find the right one. Shackletons had the perfect Chesterfield, modern and super quality. Paul B served us and he was so professional and accommodating, I asked him if he was a Shackleton (he wasn’t). We were quoted 2 weeks for delivery but then they rang to say they could deliver 5 days later, which we were thrilled with.The delivery guys were on time, pleasant and great characters too! Highly recommend this company, for price, choice and customer services. Forget the Big Boys on retail parks, we have !😁

I bought a garden furniture set from our local company who doesn’t supply the brand anymore. I therefore, called Shackletons (my now nearest dealers of the brand) and they supplied replacement parts swiftly and free of charge. I also found the customer service to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. So happy I’ll be looking here in future for any of my future furniture needs. Well done Shackletons!

We recently bought kitchen stools from Shackletons. The staff were friendly and most helpful and we collected the order the following day. The stools were easy to assemble and good quality and just what we wanted. We would definitely shop there again.

We bought table and set of 2 chairs which fitted perfectly on our terrace. After a couple of months a crack appeared on one of the boards of the table top. We contacted customer service and they arranged a replacement unit to be sent. We received it very quickly and are completely satisfied with the quality of service we received. I highly recommend the product and the service received!

We bought a chair and were given a delivery date of 8-10 weeks. It arrived in 6 weeks! Amazing. The guys who delivered it were courteous and carried it into the house for us without being asked (we had been warned they may not be able to do this). The chair itself is just as described and just what we wanted. I have nothing but praise for the service we received and the quality of chair we purchased.
