Excellent service from beginning to end!
My experience was excellent. My order was filled and delivered to my home within three days. In addition to the two items I ordered, I received an attractive pouch (at no charge!). I also received a birthday gift bag, which made wrapping very easy. A personal error I made was resolved quickly and graciously. I am excited to give these gifts to my granddaughter. And i would certainly order from Sezane again and would recommend it to anyone looking for unique gifts!

A gift-like unboxing experience. loved it!
I was really delighted when this elegant-looking Sézane box arrived. My items were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a little sticker. There was even a subtle, lovely scent that made the whole unboxing experience feel like opening a pretty gift rather than receiving a regular order. Even the return label looks pretty, like a vintage letter, sealed with a tiny heart.
It's so nice to see how much care and detail you put into this order. It felt like receiving a present, not just new clothes. Thank you, it truly made my day.

My experience with the online store was really very good. At first, the shipping company had problems delivering my order, but Sezane's customer service was very helpful. After the package was returned to Sezane, they reshipped it and it arrived very quickly. The belt fits perfectly and is exactly as described online.

My first purchase and the TU scrunchie…
My first purchase and the TU scrunchie that was supposed to be included was not in the delivery. I did receive a $15.00 credit for my next purchase. What was more disappointing was that the blouse had an unusually over padding in the neck area. If I button the blouse from the back it will be very uncomfortable. Like I’m being choked. The blouse is beautiful but adding a thick padding all around the neck is a bad design. The purchase was a final sale so I cannot return it.
