They are very friendly and professional Estate Agent.
Helped me at my initial age of finding a suitable property find . Since this is my first house buy I have no experience of the whole process, specifically the Luke O'Brien at Seymour's Woking branch helped me in every way . I am waiting for my mortgage to come through and finis off the buying process . Hopefully I can move in sooner

Seymour's Estates Agent's,Lightwater branch, are a very friendly and professional, group of people. Our Estate Agent Johnny couldn't do enough for us. What I remember most of all was Johnny's calm nature in showing us around, what was to be, our future home. in my mind .. if the agent is relaxed .. client's are relaxed. Although Johnny was very informative and knew so much about the house, we were still able to look around without pressure. Johnny is a credit to Seymour's. Thank you, Janet

Fantastic experience start to finish. 3 months from viewing to completion thanks to fast acting staff which surpassed all expectations. Incredibly helpful and quick with emails - responding to all of my (many, and potentially silly) questions as a first time buyer. Constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and following up quickly on enquiries.

We’ve been tenants in 2 properties managed by Seymour’s over the last 5 years and have always had good service. Our thanks particularly to Sabine Alam our most recent property manager who has always been so helpful.

Recent completely on a sale and purchase through Seymour’s, Horsell. Very much a team orientated agent who all work together with us.

Seymour’s are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. They don’t train their staff to be knowledgable on the property industry so can’t answer any of your questions on a property, and they hire young or inexperienced staff who are not trained up to do their job properly. You also never know who you are going to be dealing with when calling the office, I wish they just had one contact per sale as it would make the communication a lot better. Also know they have a toxic culture internally so I’m sure this doesn’t help!

Worked with Seymours Surbtion when purchasing a property. Communication was excellent and transparent throughout the process, with regular updates. One of the better estate agents out there, would use again.

I bought my house through Seymours and chose them when I came to sell it. I like the staff and although it took a while to get an offer I think it was due to unfortunate circumstances, i.e. 3 other people decided to sell their houses after mine went on the market.

I am a seller. I have just exchanged on a rather stressful sale. Amy Sandys of the Woking branch has been a real star in ensuring the solicitors were prompt and 'on the ball'. I am confident that this particular deal would not have gone through without Amy's persistence and attention to detail.

We contracted Seymours Camberley to sell our property, and then ended up buying through them aswell. Throughout the team were a great help. They were personable and available at all times.
They helped us navigate some challenges and really stepped up to help secure resolutions to some issues that held up our contract exchange and completion.
