Other than an initial phone call and a visit to laser measure the size of the rooms (I supplied all photographs) my named agent has left France for a four month period. I am unaware of any arrangements to cover his absence.

Samantha Woodgate has made our purchase of a home in Chamberet very smooth and easy for us. She lined everything up and even helped walk both us and the sellers thru one item that could have been a stumbling block. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone buying a house. She has also stayed in contact after the sale and helped make us feel a part of the community and continues to help us in our new adventure.

Sam was excellent. Efficient, open, honest and really helpful. We feel that she went above and beyond in helping us to find our French property and helped make the move and transition so much easier.

Samantha Woodgate was a huge help in securing the property we fell in love with. She understood our requirements from the outset and worked with us and the seller to ensure a fair outcome for both sides. No hesitation in recommending Sam to anyone.

We are very impressed with our Sextant agent. We’ve had a group of properties for sale for a few years now, with no success. The Sextant agent proposed a new advertising approach and within weeks had a buyer. The agent was full of new money-making ideas and was very flexible in her approach to us and very persuasive to viewers/buyers, pointing out advantages and options for the property that no other advertising agent had considered. Good communications, pro-active, detailed feedback from viewings etc. I thoroughly recommend them.

We bought a property in the Pyrenees Orientales and Solveig Pages was the agent we were in touch with. Solveig was wonderful from start to finish - helping us to understand and complete the process every stage of the way and explaining to us with much patience things that we didn't understand about buying a property in France. Any time we had a question Solveig responded immediately and effectively, and made sure all our concerns about the house and the process were fully addressed. Solveig went above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent and we are very grateful for all her help.

Without the help and support of Rebecca I doubt that we would have been able to make our move without many more problems than we had! I must say that she went above and beyond the call of duty smoothing the move to a new property in a different part of France, not an easy task!
