Servers Plus Reviews 

The power lead to my SATA Super Writemaster DVD drive shorted out, damaged the drive and shut down my HP Proliant Microserver. I phoned them up on Monday about midday and the new drive and replacement leads arrived at 10:15 Tuesday morning.

Great service, my only concern (and it isn't really a major concern) is the lack of speed in communication aka waiting for automated emails concerning order acceptance, delivery confirmation, etc

Having said that tho, I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend ServerPlus to buy equipment

OS supplied with the Server had a problem that inhibited installation that was known about but this company didn't feel was important enough to mention. After many hours of research I found a fix that needed a further delay of two days to find a 2GB flash drive. Also, sold me CALs that were not actually needed and charged me £20 to restock them. I am REALLY not impressed with the careless way I was treated over this supply. Have used before and been pleased, will think before using again.

Very happy with the service we, at the Sheffield General Cemetery Trust, received from Serverplus, especially when I had made a mistake whilst ordering an HP Microserver. Jamie, who handled my order, spent some time helping me through the process. The Microserver arrived swiftly and as described. I would happily recommend them to others, and will certainly order through Serverplus again.

The accounts team and our account manager Jamie have been exceptionally helpful making sure that we both get the technology we need but also guide us to the best cost we could get with HP.
