Very effective help on the online chat !

Hi, got very effective and efficient help from the online chat guy (Nermine).
Help me solved a problem with my SPF DNS record.

And this, despite the fact that we are still on the free plan !!
A good reason to go for a paid subscription.

SCAM TURBOSMTP
I buy sendblaster and i see the ad on turbosmtp , very very heavy website , i pay the basic plan ... my account its in pendind they put us to wait many many h for check ( i dont understand what ) then they reufse too refund us.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY ARE SCAMMERS - IN our situation we contacted police... persons like them most to be in jail not in online.

When your account is rejected you get refunded within 3 days. For your order, it is already refunded and you should find the amount in your bank account within 3 days.

Don't even bother to register

Don't even bother to register. The company auto deleted my account before I even started. Support answered with "Our activation team does not provide refusal reasons" - I used site domain email and followed all rules. All they said is "try to register again"

If that's their business model I'm surprised they still exist.

They register process is also a mess.
Form validation doesn't allow to add correct ZIP code. After submitting the form it resets several times without any communication of the problem.
