I ordered a pair of slacks early in June,2021. By July I hadn’t received my order, nor had I heard anything from Sernes. Finally, I decided to contact them to see if there was a problem with my order. A representative reached out to me, apologized for the delay and offered me $50 for an additional product. I was still very skeptical about the company, as well as the offer, but the excuse and offer seemed sincere, so I just went with it. After all what did I have to lose? Shortly thereafter, not only did I receive my long-awaited order, I also received the additional ‘free’ gift as well. I do appreciate Sernes (and their representative Jennifer) for their top-notch service.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and was promptly informed that one pair had just gone out of stock. A customer service rep (Jennifer, I believe) courteously offered to send a different pair of my choosing. This is my first buy from Sernes, but certainly not my last. Thank you.

No problems whatsoever with the jeans overall, great designs, perfect fit, very quick delivery as they arrived one day after dispatch, quick response via emails as it was my first time buying from the company and I’m a little bit cautious when it comes to company’s advertising on Instagram, very satisfied with the jeans and will definitely buy from here again

The produt is really really really nice! The only thing is that in one of my products, the recommended size was a little bigger than the size I nedd, but nothing to worry about. Shippin was excellent and the delivery time was incredibly fast. I just have to wait for the 1st. wash to see the printing quality, but, everything before that has been amazing!
