Excellent crqaftmanship, premium quality, warm and stylish. These gloves are an all time favorite, my first pair was a hand me down from my mother inlaw, and when they became quite worn I bought my own pair, and now I bought this pair as a gift for my daughter.

First of all as I made my order it was to pick up from the store at Rome, it ended up delivering to my address. Secondly, what is this language? Why do you think I am dutch? If any doubt about the nationality go for English for the communication.

I made an order of two pairs of gloves and 2 days later I receive the message that one pair is sold out. this simply should not happen with an online order. also there was a lack of good communication.

I had a wonderful experience in the Burlington Arcade store, when I was unsure about my partner's hand size, the representative encouraged me to head to the EU website after learning I lived in Germany. It was the right decision as I would have made the wrong on in store. Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful help.

Questa azienda ha un servizio clienti pessimo. Ho scritto loro chiedendo informazioni riguardo i tempi in cui un determinato prodotto sarebbe stato riassortito. Nella mia e-mail originale ho elencato esplicitamente tutte le informazioni necessarie relative al prodotto, ad es. dimensione e colore.
Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto chiedendomi quale colore mi interessava.
Quindi ho risposto e la mia risposta è rimasta senza risposta per 4 giorni finché non ho scritto ancora una volta al servizio clienti chiedendo loro di rispondere alla mia risposta. Questa volta hanno risposto rapidamente ma non sono riusciti a rispondere alla mia domanda originale.

Tutto questo avanti e indietro è stata una totale perdita di tempo. Il loro servizio clienti è così pessimo che provo compassione per i clienti che potrebbero incontrare problemi con i loro ordini o acquisti.

Questa esperienza con il loro servizio clienti mi ha totalmente scoraggiato. Non comprerò nulla da questa azienda data la mia esperienza, indipendentemente da quanto buoni possano essere i loro prodotti. E ulteriori recensioni qui aiutano ad accertare la mia conclusione.

This company has awful customer service. I wrote them requesting information regarding the timeframe in which a particular product would be restocked. In my original email I explicitly listed all necessary information regarding the product, I.e. size and color.
Customer service replied back asking which color I was interested in.
So, I replied and my reply went unanswered for 4 days until I once again wrote customer service requesting that they reply to my reply. This time they swiftly replied back but failed to answer my original question.

All this back and forth was a total waste of my time. Their customer service is so dismal that I pity the clients whom might encounter problems with their orders or purchases.

This experience with their customer service has totally put me off. I won’t be buying anything from this company given my experience regardless of how good their products might be. And additional reviews here aid in ascertaining my conclusion.
