Highly recommended store,but this time I had to return the item
Hello,I received the item very quickly and very well packaged and protected as always.However,in this latest purchase from the store,I had to return the item because it arrived with a very visible defect on the bezel next to the crystal.It's quite possible it was damaged during shipping;it happens sometimes,and I've had several similar cases with similar damage.
I sent the store a photo of the defect,we discussed it,and they accepted the return the day after I reported the issue.They also sent me a message with the complete return process.
Perhaps one area for improvement is for the store to offer free return shipping when an item arrives with a defect.
I finally received the refund a few days after receiving the returned item.
Otherwise,everything was great,and it will be a pleasure to continue shopping at Serious Watches.

My first encounter with SW and I have zero regrets , I bought a beautiful SEIKO but you all know the watch so will tell you why I said that SW is seriously serious .
- great website backed up with videos .
- huge variety of watches from all around the world including micro brands .
- the delivery was very fast to my door step .
- now the serious packaging was surprisingly beyond serious , I thought the package inside was an EGG ( figure of speech ) , the way the watch is protected inside the box was so professional that I called the delivery box the GSHOCK BOX , very respectable detailed bill inside an envelope.
I seriously recommend SW cause everything is exactly as the website described plus xtra protection.

With regards to the box: we take our packaging very seriously and only use recyclable materials to limit the impact on the environment. We do use a standard size box for most shipments (25x21x15cm) as smaller boxes are statistically more likely to get lost or damaged in transit.
We're truly sorry if this has offended you in any way, but our motivation is investing more money and effort in safe and secure packaging to ensure your parcel reaches you safe and sound. We're erring on the side of caution so to speak!
But we will review our packaging to see if we can reduce it without impacting the quality of the delivery and we hope you will enjoy wearing your watch on many amazing adventures!

I just had the most wonderful and satisfying purchase online. I was browsing the internet and saw a Seiko watch (SSC959P1) that was about to be released soon. Of course, I live in Hawaii and this watch is a limited edition release only in Europe. I wanted to get my hands on one, but could not find a reputable shop till I stumbled upon Serious Warches. These guys are total professionals and they made this the easiest transaction. They mailed the watch to me via FedEx and it was here within3 days of purchase. The box it came in, was rock solid and the watch was never in danger of getting damaged. They even went over the top and hand wrote me a thank you note, which they didn't have to do. Incredible experience. Wanted a European only seiko release, got it here for an amazing price. The watch was a bit delayed at customs, but they stayed on top of it and got them the correct paperwork. Received it today, it’s absolutely stunning, the packaging was incredible well done. Special thanks to Mark who made sure customs received the paperwork. Thank you for leaving this review! But we're a little puzzled by a 1 star review, as we promptly shipped your orders and I've had a look at the tracking and the parcels are still awaiting the final clearance by your local customs. The parcels are not missing and nothing is going wrong.
We've actually been in contact pro-actively with the courier about your parcels several times, to check up if your local customs is asking for anything that we can help with, but the answer is the same: your local customs is massively backlogged and working as hard as they can to process and clear all parcels.
We're truly sorry US customs has not yet cleared your parcels but this is entirely outside of our control and affecting all parcels entering the US, not just from us.
