I was suddenly locked out of my account with "wrong username or password" despite the correct credentails being entered. Password reset e-mails do not arrive. Sent multiple support requests and e-mails but all ignored. I can't access my files, I can't even log in to cancel so i am paying for a service I can no longer use.
I have been trying to log back into my paid account for months and SendSpace’s Contact Us is useless. No one ever gets back to you.
Worst client service (I have a VIP account).
It's a ghost ship. Doesn't answer customer service emails anymore. Before, they did do this sometimes, but the replies were angry and rude. Now, they don't answer at all. They do love to take your money, though. Well, I'm going to take mine elsewhere.
Signed up to Sendspace Pro in order to transfer a large file. As I no longer need the Pro plan, I sent multiple emails and requests to cancel this paid subscription but have received no response. Very frustrating.

I look after my own files just after a week or 2 they just vanished into the thin air

it takes you tru 3 different pages to see your uploads and at the end ask you to register. seems like a scam to me
