This company is a terrible joke. They confirmed my delivery and then changed the delivery date after the fact when it was too late for me to go anywhere else.
Then they didn’t respond to any of my emails, until the delivery was supposed to have been completed and then they send an email apologizing and saying “ok we’ll refund you per your request” at the end of the day that it was supposed to have been delivered. Absolute BS.

Firstly, the delivery was delayed by an entire day, causing my wife to receive her birthday flowers a day late. This not only spoiled the surprise but also significantly diminished the joy of the occasion. When I reached out to their customer service for an explanation and a refund, I was met with a complete lack of empathy and accountability. They refused to issue a refund, providing no valid justification for the delay.
The overall lack of professionalism and customer care was startling. It’s one thing for a delivery to be delayed—issues happen—but the company’s unwillingness to make amends or even apologize is unacceptable. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it was a complete failure to deliver on a promise and a special moment ruined.
I strongly advise against using FlowersToJapan. Their inability to deliver on time, coupled with poor customer service, makes them an unreliable choice for any important occasion.
