Very disappointing service provided on a special occasion!!!!!
Ordered flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered before 12 noon, flowers and bear arrived ten and a half hours late, the flowers were poorly wrapped, the bear had a rip in the neck with the stuffing coming out and the note was hand written but had been smudged, very poor hand writing. I complained directly to the company, i would have expected an apology at least, with the possibly of a refund or a complimentary set of flowers sent. the email was not responded to with an apology or acknowledgement. Very disappointed with the service as it ruined a very special occasion. they got the money and were just happy to provide a very poor service and not take responsibility for their workmanship!
