Andy gave me a fair price for my 2015 iMac. I was impressed with his service, arranging collection and paying me via Paypal. It only took 2 emails to arrange and my account was credited with 10days. Andy tells me he has moved to a new site which covers Buying and selling Apple gear called Bossmacs

I have been messed about non stop by this business. Initial correspondence was good but it has been extremely frustrating since. There was a delay in getting my Mac processed which Andy cited was due to Covid so I accepted the delay this caused but he has since emailed a couple of times to tell me he’s back in the office and my payment will be processed. No one ever answers the phone and I have been promised payment twice over the last two weeks. Each day I check my bank account waiting for the payment but nothing. This business advertises themselves as one that provides ‘fast payment’. They have had my laptop since 27th September. I accepted their offer on 3rd October. It is now the 20th October and nothing. I will be taking legal action and will report this business to trading standards and the police if I don’t get payment by Monday.

Very easy to sell my MacBook Pro. Price quoted is what was paid. Professional, efficient service.

These guys were fantastic every step of the way, I messed up with my shipping choice and I was on a deadline to purchase my replacement MBP and Andy really went out of his way to get me sorted.
I'm guessing we traded 20 emails over the few days from me sending my MBP until I was paid.
From my MBP arriving at about 3 pm on a Monday, the money was in my account before 12 midday on Tuesday.
Don't hesitate to use these guys.

The communication should have been more prompt. I brought my iMac 27 to a DPD collection point on 18 July and received an email about the delivery successfully done the next day. Since then, I have not received any information about payment arrangement whatsoever. Life has been busy and I completely forgot this thing until now over a month later. I sent messages to the seller and finally got the reply and the payment.

Fast quote and great rates, courier service offered for collection. Would recommend if you want to sell your apple.

Pretty decent to work with on selling your Apple products. Andy is super responsive on any questions. Sold my Apple MacBook 16 Pro and Apple Mac Mini with good results. I trust them now and no qualms.

Andy from SUYA was very helpful and communicative, and did offer the highest price for my Macbook Air. I received a quote very quickly, then the courier came for pick up within 24 hours, I didn't have to pay anything extra for the courier. This person has had my MacBook Pro for one month. No payment has been received and no explanation has been offered. The 'freephone' number shown is never answered. I can only assume that this business is not legitimate. I am going down the legal route to recover payment. Other 'users' should be careful and alert to this message.
On 7th March 2023, I received a long awaited phone call from this business; after prolonged debate payment was made to me via BACS. The problems and misunderstandings described above arose because the company did not communicate at all. Their freephone telephone number is not active and the only emails that I received, were responses to the question, 'where is my payment ? Sadly, it took 5 weeks and the threat of legal action by me to initiate the payment. But, when all is said and done, I was paid for the applemac that I sent to this company nearly 5 weeks ago.

Andy offered a good price but upon asking about if the price was inclusive of VAT or not I had no response. Chased up twice and nothing. Would be concerned of what service I would receive if I were to send my iMac in.

When I was searching for a company to buy my MBP 2019 - 16 - 32GB, I was finding the prices straightaway from their price builder form.

It was pretty handy to know the price before hand BUT it was £ 200 lower from what these guys here have made for me!

Yes, you have to quote and wait a little for you to get your price BUT it worth it!

After I've accepted their quote, on the SAME DAY, they managed to send a DPD driver to pick it up the MBP.

After that In just a couple of days I've got my money into my bank account.

Throughout these process I had to unlock my MBP from my iCloud in order to give them access to re-install it again. The communication was very clear, quick and reliable ALL the time. Every day I've asked for new updates and I always got it very quickly.

I can definitely recommend these guys.

Quick efficient service. Obtained a quote online. DPD collected parcel on Friday. Delivered to SUYA on the Monday. Cash in my bank by the Friday.

Reviews are crucial in this day and age and just wanted to say thanks to Andy for a great service and to the others that left reviews which gave me the confidence to try this service. I initially attempted ebay and other platforms back in Feb where I was facing possible scams and non serious buyers. I had a moment of crisis after the courier picked up the barely used M1 laptop but the payment was in my account within a week. I wish I had known about this earlier in the year as I lost over 6 months. Fast, efficient and fair. Much appreciated!
