Gave me an incorrect quote
When I selected a company on your site, Thewhizphones.com, gave me a quote of $140. When I went to the site, it quoted my phone at $120. I think this is very deceptive if someone was not careful eb\nough to look at the final quote.

Cases such as this are extremely rare. Over the holiday period, which is a big time for buying and selling cell phones, prices can change quickly, either increasing or decreasing.
There was no intention to be deceptive. Showing inflated prices is not something that we ever wish to do as it leads to unhappy customers, buyers and negative reviews.

RIP OFFFFFF
I sent my dad's HTC. We had just received the phone less than a month prior due to his previous one having a cracked screen. HTC replaced the entire phone for a small fee. It's a one time thing that they offer. We switched companies and no longer needed our Sprint phone. They sent me a check in the mail for half of the original quote with the explanation of "the phone was wore out" How can a BRAND NEW phone be worn out. Especially when it literally set in a cup holder for the month we had it. My dad's a truck driver, he ALWAYS uses his headset so it sets and the headset moves around with him. I emailed them and asked for an explanation several times and have never received a reply to any of them. If you're going to not send what was quoted you should give the seller of the phone an option on whether they still want to sell to your company or if they want you to ship it back so that they can sell it elsewhere. Don't just mail them a check with some BS explanation on then never answer anything from them. I'll NEVER sell to your company again!!!!!!

Gadget gobbler no response in a month.
Used gadget gobbler per your recommendation. No response since except that they received it in perfect condition. An individual picked it up at post office and then nothing. I can't believe what luck I have. The phone number is disconnected and no replies from them.

We have had no contact from this company since the 9th July 2015 and removed them from our comparison tables on the 10th August. Up until July, we had a very good relationship with them and very few complaints against them, all of which we resolved.
