One star. In 30 years, the worst vendor I have ever worked with.

I have run businesses for three decades and worked with countless vendors. I have never dealt with one as bad as SellerSlice. That is not a line I use loosely, and I do not leave reviews like this. This one is earned.

I hired them to manage and protect my Amazon business. What I got was missed deadlines, work that did not get done, long stretches of silence when it mattered most, and problems I had to chase and solve myself while still paying them. The damage to my business was real and it was avoidable.

I am deliberately not laying out every incident here, because the pattern is the point, not any single item. If you are considering SellerSlice to help run your store, understand that you may end up doing their job for them and absorbing the losses when they do not. I moved my account elsewhere and only wish I had done it sooner.

Do not make the mistake I made.
