So far the system seems to be working okay. If I could change anything it would be louder. When I open a door to enter or exit you can not always hear it from where the voice box is located. Hope to receive my yard signs soon.

This is a great alarm company. They have state of the art technology, and friendly service. I recently upgraded my system and the service technician was very knowledgable and explained all the new features. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get a home or business alarm.

The installer was first class
The installer was first class. The reason I didn't give you a 5th star was the inability to lower the volume on the set when you set or cancel the alarm. It is very annoying and will wake up folks on the second floor.
Can't just that aspects noise be reduced?

With the way the panel was manufactured, the master volume is the only volume that can be adjusted. The voice, chime and beep cannot be changed independently - they all adjust simultaneously.
