Called the company after my parcel was displaced in transit. The product was resent and delivered within 48 hours! Great customer service and good selection of products available on the website! Very good experience and would recommend to family and friends in search of kitchen supplies.

I recently placed an order for several items including a trolley and not only were the items to the high standard I expected, the delivery was also quick and cheap! As it was my first time buying a trolley, I contacted the business to discuss the size and the staff were very friendly and responded instantly. I'm a customer who likes to shop around before purchasing and I chose this business as they offered me a large range of items at competitive prices.This was my first time buying from the business but I'd definitely return again in the future.

I've been looking around for quite some time for a certain knife block when I came across this site. I'm always a little apprehensive when it comes to purchasing online, however this website was easy to navigate and I managed to find what I wanted with ease. The dispatch time I found was also great, as my knife block arrived within 3 days and free delivery! 5 stars for a brilliant store.

I had some questions before placing my order. Someone came to the phone right away. No wait time. Answered all my questions. Very polite and efficient. Placed my order. It arrived super quick!! The wrong item came but they quickly rectified that and even allowed me to keep what was sent! Will definitely use them again!

I always have reservations when using new websites but saw some pretty difficult to find knife blocks at a good price so used them. Paid by paypal so that helped (they add an extra layer of guarantees you will get your stuff). Needn't have worried the items arrived in perfect condition 2 days later so very happy

The site has a really nice collection of designer homeware and I got a few things from them at once. One of the items arrived damaged and looked as though it had been through the wars with the courier. Called them up and got a really courteous reply from them and a replacement was sent the same day and arrived 2 days later - no quibbles or questions needed. They also let me keep the damaged item rather than send it back which saved me a job. very impressed
