I received the how did we do and the tablets haven’t yet arrived.

I ordered £50 of stuff and nothing arrived. Impossible to contact the company so I'm stuffed.

Be very careful if you are thinking of using them.

Average review for now as order not arrived yet and no info as to when it will arrive,which hopefully it will. Only 8 days since order amid lockdown conditions so still giving benefit of doubt.

Not received my order as yet so I may have to wait till it finally (hopefully) arrives :)
As of the 22 Apr have sent 3 emails and numerous phone calls, the phone just goes off :( still no contact very strange.

I have received my order and i really inspired by the quality of product

My order was placed on 4 April 2020. Today is 12 April and there is no tracking functionality on Select Healthy website to enable me to check the status of the delivery or to track delivery.

Awful service!!!!! Waited several months for a product to arrive to be told its out of stock. Then asked for a refund which I was told would be approved by the managed the same day, weeks later still no refund. Called them for the 10th time to find out it still hadn't been approved. I mean seriously- what kind of service is this?! P.s. This was over a month pre COVID-19 when the order was made, so no excuse! I've had my time wasted for several months now and no refund in sight. Just disgraceful company.

What you have to offer is really good, but the delivery part is quite poor. I bought the goods which were dispatched the next day, then took 8 days to get to me and this isn't the first time.

Reliable quick service with excellent quality products

Item never arrived. When I contacted them was told item was out of stock. This was not made apparent when ordered. No eta as to when item will be restocked. Very poor communication.

No communication or order after 7 days. So I tried 2-3 times on the contact us & email to track down my order. No response. Some only responded when I put it on the Facebook page for this shop. I was then told the item I had ordered was ok of stock and would be sent it once it came back in stock but they didn’t have a date for the stock coming in. I asked for a refund at this point and got it after a couple of days. However the website is still letting customers order this item and it doesn’t say it’s out of stock because I looked. Would not use again. Poor communication with customers. Oh they also deleted my post off their Facebook page. Would not recommend at all.
