Awful Customer service
I tried to contact their customer service for a week by telephone. Constantly engaged. I emailed and someone contacted me to say that the telephones were not working anymore! I communicated with the lady (Gaby C) and she asked me to send her my receipt via email. I did but the message bounced back saying her mailbox was full. This has been the case for over a week now! I have also msg through the website but no response. Awful customer service.
EDIT: *In reply to Select response - I did! Tried for ages. Suddenly I get a reply to say that she cannot help as it had expired. Firstly, she could have said that initially instead of wasting my time. Secondly, it took nearly 2.5 weeks to get this info so obviously was way past the expiry date!
