i would give zero stars if it was an option here. i waited weeks for my order to dispatch (for an item that was in stock upon ordering) only to be told four days after the dispatch email that the item had been returned to them by the royal mail! i actually work at my local royal mail delivery office and my item was never received at the office. they took my money for a few weeks before repaying me. plus their customer service is awful. do not trust this company.

When an order with SelectCheaper actually works, it's a borderline acceptable experience. They're slower than most at dispatching orders, but it's otherwise a typical experience.

However, they quite often offer prices that turn out to be too good to be true. I've placed orders which they seemingly had no intention of ever fulfilling. I've had to chase up the orders weeks later, only to be told that they no longer have stock or have canceled the order. A terrible shopping experience from a company who seem to do this quite often.

When I see a product I want at a low price on SelectCheaper, I now know to stay well enough away.
