Really impressed

Excellent customer service
I have always received excellent customer service from SEIB and as an insurance broker during my career, I say this from a position of knowledge. Ade from the sales team is super… it’s just as well I am now retired as I would definitely have tried to poach him to work in my team!

In 6 weeks I went from having a happy healthy horse to having to put in a large vet fee claim and a mortality cliam. The team were nothing but supportive and guided me with genuine care and compassion. They made settlements quickly and without fuss. Overall they helped make a heartbreaking time that bit easier to deal with. Thank you everyone.
